Our Process

Our productions are tailored to meet individual buyer requests and construction preferences. We also care for the environment and use only wood harvested from government plantation forest in Java Island and from abundant local farmers with regenerated plantation. Sourcing our wood locally is not only reducing the emission but also increase well being of the local community.

MFI uses state of the art wood machineries including the most current CNC machine available and we take pride in caring and updating our wood machinery with the latest equipments to ensure the quality of your products.

Our finishing steps vary from 7 – 11 steps depending on buyer’s requirement. We use only non-toxic, child friendly finishes. Our finishes pass the latest US CPSIA 2008 on Lead content.

Your furniture will be carefully checked by our quality control team, on top of which we welcome additional buyer’s quality control team on our plants.
